摘要目的：通过面动脉血管铸型研究人体上、下唇血管构筑，探讨其在唇缺损修复时各种邻近皮瓣评估和选择中的意义。方法：液态白色橡胶(工业半成品橡胶)与中国画颜料混合后灌注面动脉，10％盐酸液腐蚀并清除软组织，同时进行双侧面动脉不同灌注压力自身对照。结果：血管铸型色泽鲜艳，灌注压力大的一侧面动脉粗于对侧。结论：液态橡胶血管铸型法对于反映大块组织较粗的血管及其一、二级分支有其长处。灌注时管腔内的压力越大，铸型的血管充盈越好。面动脉铸型对唇缺损各种皮瓣修复方法的设计、评估有一定的参考价值。关键词面动脉血管铸型唇缺损皮瓣vascular corrosion casting of facial artery and its meaning in judging local flaps for lip defectsliujianhua,zhangming,wuqiuliang，et al.(department of stomatology，the first affiliated hospital，college of medical sciences，zhejiang university，hangzhou 310003)[jz)]abstract：objective:to study the vascular construct of upper and lower lips with vascular corrosion casting of facial artery，and evaluate its importance in judging local flaps for lip defects.methods:the liquid rubber was mixed with paints of chinese painting，injured into bilateral facial arteries，with selfcomparison of deferent perfusion press, and the soft tissue was eroded out with 10% hydrochloric acid. results:the model of facial artery had good color and luster. the artery with higher perfusion press was wider in diameter than the opposite one. conclusion:vascular corrosion casting of facial artery with liquid rubber has advantages on rough arteries and its first or second branches in large block of soft tissue. the higher the infusion pression is, the better the results of casting vessels are. the facial artery casting is valuable for designing and judging various loc共有2条文章 页次：1/2分页：9 1 2 8 :
